THE THISTLE WOOD BURNER

Time for something completely different...THE SPIKEY DEATH WEED

Following the purchase of one of our Star Wars themed Storm Trooper wood burners, we were contacted by our client to see if it would be possible to to design and make a wood burner for the garden in the shape of the a Thistle? Alex likes to think most things are possible....

This brief is totally different to Alex's 'norm'....but we are delighted with how this epic piece turned out!

Each petal has been individually then shaped and detailed by hand before being secured to an internal sub-frame...with a perfectly smooth drawbridge hatch for easy access to fire building and cleaning.
